Neem pills for acne

I am 27 years old and have had acne for 5 years. It came on suddenly after a youth of no acne. I googled natural cures and found Neem. I have been buying the $6 bottle at the vitamin shoppe for over a year now. When I take it 2-3 times a day it works! It IS like a miracle to me. If I forget it or only take it once, I WILL breakout w/in 48 hours.
I am looking to see if the oil applied topically will remove my scars. Has anyone tried that?
