Neem Oil and Coconut Oil Natural Mosquito Repellent

I would like to make a natural mosquito repellent from neem. Could you please tell me how much neem oil to mix with how much coconut oil to make a natural repellent for mosquitoes? Thank you.

I would use the same neem oil concentration that was used in research studies on neem as a natural mosquito repellent: 1% to 2%, one or two parts neem oil to one hundred parts coconut oil.
